A mental health app that helps you take time for yourself by reminding you to take breaks during your day. Concept taken from inception through coding.

Abilis

Non-Profit UI & Usability Overhaul
In the Research & Define phase, we found one key emotional takeaway and one key practical takeaway to be true: that caretakers are drained, and that seeking help on the Abilis website was too difficult (respectively). Our simplified version of the site centers the information caretakers need while the new “Get Help Now!” form makes seeking help easy and convenient!
